Cancellation Policy and Liability Disclaimer

Refund & Ticket Resell Policy:

All sales are final. We offer full refunds only if the event is canceled. If the event is rescheduled, we will notify ticket holders via email. You will have two calendar days from the time of notification to request a refund if you’re unable to attend the new date. No refunds will be issued after this period.

If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Once transferred, the seller must notify Singles Connect 7pm with the new attendee’s full name and contact details at least two hours before the event by emailing us at customerservice@singlesconnect7pm.com.

Alternatively, you may request a credit toward a future event by contacting customerservice@singlesconnect7pm.com before the event begins.

Liability Disclaimer:

By attending our event, you agree that Singles Connect Plus is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur. Your attendance means that you agree to these terms.

Photo and Video Disclaimer

Just so you know, by attending the event, you agree to have your pictures/video taken and published on our website and social media platforms. Please let us know in advance if you have any concerns regarding this.
