Refund & Ticket Resell Policy:

All sales are Final. We offer full refunds only if the event is canceled. If the event is rescheduled, we will notify ticket holders via email. You have two calendar days from the notification to request a refund if you can’t attend the new date. No refunds will be issued after this period.

If you can’t attend, you may sell your ticket to someone else. Once sold, the seller must notify Singles Connect Plus with the new attendee’s full name and contact details at least two hours before the event day.


Liability Disclaimer:

By attending our event, you agree that Singles Connect Plus is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur. Your attendance means that you agree to these terms.

Photo and Video Disclaimer

Just so you know, by attending the event, you agree to have your pictures/video taken and published on our website and social media platforms. Please let us know in advance if you have any concerns regarding this.
